Dimorphotheca aurantiaca. As its name implies, the African Daisy is indeed a native of Africa, and grows extremely well in the southwestern U.S. Its daisy-like flowers are produced in shades of yellow, orange and white. Blooms from April to August and should be planted at 9 lbs. per acre. Grows to a height of 12-18 inches.
